Walter Tool Company has been an exclusive FEIN dealer providing competitively priced tools, accessories and repair parts to our customers for over twenty years. All inquiries can be addressed and/or orders placed by telephone at (781) 878-1216 or in person at our MA location Monday through Friday 8:30- 5:00 EST. We endeavor to ship most orders within 24 hours. We recognize the importance of protecting your privacy and do not share or sell any personal information you provide to us. All orders are subject to approval.
Order Shipment
You must have a valid US address to which we can ship in order to purchase our products. We do not sell or ship internationally. Standard shipping applies only to the 48 contiguous states, not to AK or HI. We are committed to protect your privacy and do not share or sell any personal information you provide to us. All orders are subject to approval. Our online platform uses the latest encryption technology to ensure secure transactions. Although we don't sell worldwide, we welcome all inquiries. Sales tax is currently applicable only to orders shipped to the State of Massachusetts.
Our Return Policy
We provide a full refund on all incorrectly shipped or defective items that are returned to Walter Tool. The products need to be received within 30 days of original order placement. Any used tools will not be accepted for refund. Refunds will be initiated after inspection and verification that the item meets these requirements.
