Sales tax is applied only to orders being shipped to the State of Massachusetts. Walter Tool Company does not sell internationally. You must have a valid United States address to which we can ship, in order to purchase our products. Standard shipping only applies to the 48 contiguous states, not to AK or HI.

Our Return Policy provides for a full refund on all items incorrectly shipped or defective which are returned to Walter Tool Company and received within 30 days of original order placement. Used tools will not be accepted for refund. A refund will be issued after inspection and verification that the item has met these requirements.
